Shipping and Payment
Delivery areas
We deliver within Germany and to almost every country in the world. We do not deliver to Åland, the Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, Kosovo, Curaçao, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Palestine, South Sudan, São Tomé and Príncipe, Timor-Leste and some remote island territories. Due to EU sanctions, we also do not deliver to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom for orders of 160 € or more.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and weight. You will see the exact amount during checkout after entering your delivery address, before you place your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees may apply. These are paid by the recipient.
Delivery time
We ship within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. DHL delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days within Germany and, depending on the country, a few days to a few weeks for international shipments.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by our payment service provider Mollie. Available methods are credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius, EPS and Przelewy24. The payment methods shown may depend on the delivery country. For bank transfers, we ship after receipt of payment.
